It is customary for HSE University to openly discuss all important issues related to its activities. We strive to solve emerging problems and conflicts together, without unilateral recourse to third parties and external organizations.
Feedback form can be found on the main page of HSE University Life.
By clicking on the feedback button, you can inform administration about events, situations, and facts related to academic or other university procedures that have caused your grief, resentment, joy or other emotions. You can speak up for yourself, for a group, or even anonymously.

HSE Student Council is the main body of HSE student government. The elections to the Student Council are held annually. The Council represents the opinions and interests of HSE students, as well as carries out educational, scientific and extracurricular initiatives. Any student can ask for advice or request help from the Council.
Each faculty, dormitory and campus has its own local council. Representatives from the local councils make up Main Student Council. Elections to the local councils are held every December, and any student can be nominated to be elected.

Teaching Quality Assessment
Teaching Quality Assessment (TQA) is among the measures to improve planning and organization of the teaching process. Assessment results are taken into account by heads of faculties, departments and degree programmes in adjusting their employment policy and course curriculum.
Students of all HSE degree programmes across all campuses are involved in Teaching Quality Assessment. Detailed instructions for participants of Teaching Quality Assessment are available in the Students section on the HSE website.
After processing, survey results are available to programme coordinators, deans of faculties, heads of departments and schools in LMS.
Annual Vote for the Best Teacher
If your TQA was not enough, you can express all your love and gratitude in the annual vote for the best teacher. Voting is conducted during module 4 in LMS at the same time with TQA. Winners are awarded, and full-time teachers receive salary bonuses.
